General Terms and Conditions of Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental Service
- For direct extra-urban transfers (without stops), the fare is calculated based on a per-kilometer rate.
- Each passenger may carry up to TWO SUITCASES. Any excess luggage, such as skis or sports equipment, must be declared at the time of booking, in order to ensure that the vehicle is suitable for transport.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse the loading of undeclared bulky items, excess luggage, or baggage that does not meet safe transport conditions (e.g. broken, dirty, or wet suitcases).
- Venzi Taxi NCC undertakes all reasonable efforts to ensure that its vehicles, or those operated by external partners, arrive on time at departure and destination points. However, it shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
- All vehicles are recently registered, fully insured for both the vehicle and passengers, and comply with all circulation permits valid in Italy and within the European Economic Community (EEC).
- Passenger transport is fully covered by the insurance policy stipulated by Venzi Taxi NCC. Personal belongings are transported under the sole responsibility of the passenger, who declares ownership at boarding. Passengers are required to check their luggage upon departure. No liability is accepted for loss or damage. ALL TRANSPORTED ITEMS TRAVEL UNDER THE PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
- If Venzi Taxi NCC is unable to provide the service to the booked and paid destination for reasons within its control (using its own vehicles or those of external partners), it will arrange alternative transportation (Taxi, Chauffeur Service, or Rental Car) and subsequently reimburse the client upon presentation of a receipt or invoice. The reimbursement shall not exceed the agreed fare for the same route.
- Venzi Taxi NCC cannot grant refunds when service disruptions are caused by external factors such as traffic congestion, unforeseen queues, accidents, or incorrect or non-existent address details provided by the client.
- Clients are required to report any issues or service problems directly attributable to Venzi Taxi NCC as soon as possible. We will promptly take action to resolve any inconvenience in full satisfaction of the customer.
- These transport conditions and related services comply with Italian laws governing the sale of services, ensuring the protection of passengers and their luggage.
Passenger Conduct During Chauffeur-Driven Service
Passengers are strictly prohibited from:
- Smoking during transport;
- Throwing objects from the vehicle, whether stationary or in motion;
- Soiling, damaging, or defacing the vehicle;
- Requesting the transport of pets without prior agreement and without taking all necessary measures to prevent damage or soiling of the vehicle;
- Requesting transport in violation of safety rules or road traffic regulations.
Cancellation Policy – Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental and Additional Services
- The client may cancel the booking by email or phone communication.
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the service are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours before the service incur a penalty of 50% of the service cost.
- Cancellations made within 6 hours before the service incur a penalty of 100% of the agreed amount.
- In case of flight cancellation or delay exceeding 30 minutes, the client must notify us promptly. Failure to do so may result in a penalty of 50% of the agreed amount.
- Venzi Taxi NCC reserves the right to request a security deposit of 50% of the service cost in advance. In the event of cancellation, the above rules will apply for full or partial refund of the deposit.
